In Probate.Manitowoc County Court,In the matter of the estate of Emery S. Lamb* deceasedOX reading and filing the petition of Helen M. Lamb admin tetracrix of the estate of j*aid deceased rotting forth that the total am’t of personal property that ling conic into her hands Ih insufficient to pay the debts of said deceased and tho expenses of administration, the amount of debts outstanding against said deceased. and a description of all tin* Heal Estate of which deceased died seized, the condition and vsiTmi of the same and praying that license he to her granted to sell the whole of *ald Real Estate, and it appearing by said petition that there in not sufficient personal estate in the bands of said administratrix, and that is is necessary in order to pay the same* to pel! the whole of said Rea! Estate, it is therefore ordered that all persons interested in said estate appear before the Judge of this Court on Monday the 21 si day of Oc lol*cr 1861 at ten o’clock A. f, at his office in ihe Tillage of Mnnitownc, then and there to show cause, if any there be, why licence should not be granted to rad* Administratrix to said Heal Estate according to the prayer o! waid petition.
