Sholom Men Set Retreat In OctoberTemple Sholom Men’s Club has planned a full series of fall meetings, including a “retreat” the last weekend of October to discuss “What I Believe As a Jew.”The temple sisterhood will open its fall season Oct. 6 at the Jewish Community Center with a special membership program.%Concurrent with Sunday school sessions, now under way at the Perry Institute, 3146 E. Windsor Ave., adult classes are held by the Ten O’Clock Club. The club haslaunched a series of discussionsbased upon Lipman Vorspan’s “Justice and Judaism.” Visitors are welcome at the adult class.Temple Sholom holds Sabbath services at the Jewish Community Center at 8:30 p.m. each Friday.
