SOUTH PICKEREL LAKE. Esther Toenges is attending Luther Academy at Albert Lea. Mrs. Albert Drommerhausen has a new piano in her home. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Lenz of Albert Lea took dinner at Ed. Lenz’s Sunday, Alma Marpe helped her aunt, Mrs. George Tavis, Monday, while they had silo fillers. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Steele of South Alden visited Sunday at Chas. Toenges. Mrs. L. C. Goetzke and Mrs. Wm. Gooetzke were pleasant callers in this neighborhood, Thursday afternoon. Byron Scott of East Pickerel Lake spent Sunday at the home of his uncle, Chas. Toenges. Mrs. Otto Wilhelm and children of Armstrong are visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. M. Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Louie Narverude and family of Albert Lea were Sunday visitors at Chas. Teenges. George Kepplinger and family of Kiester visited at the H. G. Drommer hausen home, Sunday. Rev. Buschendorf came down from Parker College and held services at the German M. E. church, Sunday morning. Wm. Marpe, wife and family visited at Peter Tennis in Albert Lea, Sun day.
