Gilroy was filed in the County Court of Whiteside County, Illinois; also that there was filed a petition asking that the said instrument in writing be admitted in probate asand for the Last Will of Charles J. Gilroy, deceased.Said petition states that the following persons are all the known heirs at law, legatees and devisees of said deceased, to wit: Maude Edwardson, Paul Bishop, Vera Rayton, Dorothy Potts, Francis Goff, Fern Goff, Alice Coats, Richard Goff, Helen Mey ers, Charles Gilroy, Harold Gilroy, Albert Gilroy, Marjorie Mc-Cue, John Gilroy, Dorothy Gilroy, Ruth Gilroy, Norman Gilroy, and Nina Hinton.That the residence of John Gilroy, Dorothy Gilroy, Ruth Gilroy and Norman Gilroy, or of any of them, is unknown to the petitioner.That other heirs at law, if any, of said deceased, are unknown to said petitioner and are made parties defendant herein by and under the name of “Unknown Heirs of Charles J.
