No casualties were reported.)Fringe Winds ExpectedWeathermen expect Lorna to approach to within 290 miles of Tokyo Saturday, with the probability of fringe winds hitting here late Saturday or Sunday, They said if the typhoon continued on its present course it would hit Honshu between Nagoya and Yokohama.Lorna veered from the path blazed earlier this week by Typhoon June .and weather observers said it would miss Kyushu and Okinawa if it maintained its present course.
