Considerabl Improvements have been made down at the Lakeside golf course during the past week, which will prove interesting to all members of the club, and at golfers who have ever played the conrme. ‘The former, No. 8 green has been changed to No. 7, and it made a three-par maskey shot. Former No. 7 green has been changed to No. 8, and the tee is locat ed near the former No. 9 tee, with a four par on the hole. No. 0 tee is located west of the ditch i No. 1 fairway, and the par on the hole has been reduced from sll to five. The change is welcome by most of the players.
