Tliere were 200,000 electors who voted in favor of the Li'eral party, and 60,000 for the Ministerialists.Mr J. F. Ziegler ha* in hand a monument which will be placed over th • remains of the late Mr Ferdinand Beck in the Rook-wood Cemetery. The monument will be a very beautiful one in the shape of an obelisk, standing 12 feet high, 3 feet square at the base, and of polished green Swedish granite. Mr A.
