i rirsi i.nuisiuiia regiment.Mayor Rader presided at Tuesday night's City Council meeting for the first time. He made no inaugural address but instead had the Rev. J. T. O'Neil open the proceedings with prayer.A plan to convert the present City Hall into a school building and build it new City liall, jail. City Court room and engine-house on the lot corner Spring and Court avenue is receiving favorable consideration at the hands of the Council.
