Hand Taken Off.Henry Shafer, a young man 17 yeait old, employed al. Alaska colliery, had hishand so badly mashed by being crushed in the cogs Monday that, amputation afew inches above tin; wrist was foundnecessary on his arrival at the Miners’ Hospital.
