Brott, one of the originalproprietors of St. Cloud, (and the 4*01d Settler” correspondent of The Journal) who has made New Orleans his home since 1802, paid St. Cloud a visit yesterday for the first time in twelve yearn. Of course, he sees very great changes. Mr. B. looks just about as he did when living here, only somewhat fleshier, and is every whit as good company. He left this morning for Washington.Mr. J.
