KLAMATH Sept 15—Imaside, swiping accident that occured one mile north of Klamath. Archie Thompson, 29, of Klamath literal ly had “the book thrown at him” with charge of reckless driving, driving without an operator’s lic ence, driving with insufficient brakes, driving on the wrong side of the road, overtaking on the right and passing without suffi cient clearance. Thompson hit Reginald Pratt, 52, insurance agent from Eureka. Neither man was injured but both cars received damage.
