IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES JAMES ROBERTS, late of Peace River, in the Province of Alberta, Barris ter at Law, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given that all per sons having claims upon the estate of the shore named Charles James Roberts, who died on the 12th day of March AD, 1932, are required to file with the undersigned by the 3lst day of October, 1932, a full statement, duly verified, of their claims, and of any securities held by them, and that after that date the executor will dis tribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which notice has been so filed or which have been brought to his knowledge.
