Dowls, on last Sunday evening at K o’clock, the contracting parties being Miles Davis, son of P. M. Davis, and Miss Paulino Dowls, the charming daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Dowls, Rev. J. B. Herron, pastor of the Baptist church, -gtefTlcIntlng. Quite a crowd of friends ,tejiid relatives gathered to witness the trappy nuptials. Miss Dowls Is quite a favorite In the social circle here, and Mr. Davis Is to he congratulated on winning the hand and heart of so amiable a young lady. At the homo of the groom will be given a reception on Monday. May the young couple have a prosperous voyage through life.
