CROWN LANDS’ SALE.Mr Marks's auction room was much crowded yesterday during the sale of Crown lands, and at the commencement it was confidently expected there would be a spirited competition ; this, however, was not the esse, as though there were only seven lots out of the forty-five put up to auction for which thero were no offers, the greater number of lots were sold at the upset price. The lots tor which there were no offers were—6, 25 to 29 inclusive, and 32. The others were sold as follows : —Town Lots.Sandhurst, county unnamed, Parish of Sandhurst.
