Ardice Bell Ardice La Faye Bell, 71, of Yuba City, died Sept. 14, 1995, at her residence. Born in Hot Springs, S.D., she was a Yuba City resident the past two years. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two daugh ters, Janet Vermilyea of San Diego and Susan Bell-Mathews of Yuba City; two brothers, Everett Conklin of San Diego and Donald Conklin of Ramona; four grand children; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Bell, in 1992. The family suggests memorials to the Salvation Army/Yuba Sutter Corps, 417 Del Norte Ave., Yuba City, CA 95991. Services: Private family ser vices and cremation have been held under the direction of Chap el of the Twin Cities.
