Urbain Rue!BIDDEFORD - Urbain R Ruel, 53, of 63 Bacon St., Bid* deford, died Wednesday at a local hospital following a lengthy illness.He was born in Biddeford, Dec. 11, 1923, the son of Valmore and Emma (Houle) Ruel. He was educated in Biddeford schools and was a communicant of St. Andre Church. Biddeford.He served with the Army during World War 11, was a member of Council Chagnon, Union St. Jean Baptiste and the Biddeford Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars He was employed as an agent for the MetropolitanLife Insurance Company. Biddeford. for seven years, and as a salesman for Vic's Appliance, Saco, for 13 years. He retired October 1976 because of illnessSurviving are his wife Mrs Paullette (Tanguay) Ruel of Biddeford, three sons, Richard Ruel of North Quincy. Mass., Michael Ruel and Brian Ruel, both of Biddeford; his parents of Biddeford; four brothers, George E. Ruel. Jean Paul Ruel.
