fEagle harriers place ninth at Iowa StateWestmar’s cross country squad placed, nii^Un.S^u^Iowa State invitational in Amesv but placed ahead of the other NAIA colleges entered.Host Iowa State won the meet, while Drake was second and the University of South Dakota third.Freshman Steve Ostwinkle had the best time for the Eagles, placing 22nd with a 20:40 total.Two Eagle runners returning from last year’s squad improved their times at the Iowa State meet. Mike Hildreth ran a 20:47, good for 27th,compared to his time last year at Iowa Teamscores:State of 21:45.
