Sam Rosen of Emmetsburg who operates a siles department and gar age at that place has purchased of A. 7. Rhodes of Estherville the Chevrolet gales department and gar age in Spencer, Mr. R. A. Morton who has had charge of this busi ness for the past year will continue the management and the personel will by just the same. an A. P. Nelson filed suit in district court here last week seeking to col lect $3134 and interest on a note and mortgage on Spencer Jury alleg es to have been given to him in December 1924 by G. C. King and Vhrona EK. King. His petition asked that the mortgage be foreclosed and the property sold under special ex ecution and the proceeds applied on the debt.
