Court Of Appeals Opens Today With Rutter CasePetition Piled in Common Pleas To Have Property Divided.The Court of Appeals opened this afternoon at two o’clock in the local Court House. Eleven cases arc on the deckel to be heard and it will probably be two or 3 j days before they arc all completed t and the decisions given.The first ease to be heard was I that of El'fie Rutter administratrix of the state of Elmer Rutter against the Scioto Valley Traction Company.
