William RajSer Pardoned. iWilliam Rper, convicted in the; district court of McIntosh county in September, 1910, on a charge of killing Charles Wilson at Lenna, and sentenced to four years in the peni- j tentiary, was pardoned by Governor Cruce a few days ago and is now at home. The attorneys who secured the pardon were Fears Porter of Etifaula. Raper served one year and ten days of his sentence.
