D. 1847, Menry Lott, complainant, by John Lyle King his solicitor, filed hare in the Clerk’s office of the Jefferson Probate Court his certain bill in chancery, against John Lolt end others, defendants; and also the affidavit of a disinterested person, setting forth and stating therein, that the said John Lott, is not at this time a resident of the State of Indiana:Notice is therefore hereby given to the said John Lott of the pendency of said suit, and that unless he he and personally appear here on or before the calling of thi* cause, on the first day of the next term of said court, to be holden on the third Monday in September, inst., at the court house in the city of Madison, and enter his appearance herein, either by himself or counsel, and plead, answer or demur to said hill, that the mattersand things therein contained, will he taken as confessed against him; and said cause be heard and de termined in his ah-I sence.Gixcn under my hand and the Seal of said court, at Madison, the day and year first above written.jNO, H.
