Taylor Maria Taylor are hereby notified that on the 27th day of July, 1841, Edwin Byington of said county, filed in said court a bill in chancery against said William and Maria, and Solomon R. pDr. Darling, stating that at the Nov, term of feaid court 1840, he obtained a Judg-ows ment against said William for about Jtion #468 54 and that he has not goods and estate subject to execution to pay said judgment—that said William owns the equitable interest in lot No. 2 from north part of tract No, 11 in Huntington, in said county, containing 76| acres—that it was bought with his money, and a docd procured to said Darling, and he procured to deed to said Maria,.all of which was to fraudulently conceal said property^and to prevent the collection of said judgment. Tho object,.'of the bfll is to subject said land to the payment of said judgment ; and it prays a sale thereof* and an application of sufficient of the proceeds. And said William Maria at'® notified that unless they appear and plead, answer, or demur to said bill within 60 days after the next term of said court, the said Byington at the next term thereafter will apply to said court to take the matters of the bill as confessed and to decree thereno accordingly.H.
