It is printed on paper, with large type, and was evidently c* * rned as a poster. It provides for f\ punishment of any lierson who r ,y mark or desecrate a grave stone, ir In any way Injure any tree or schrub In a cemetery. It also provides that no game of an athletic nature, or race, or sport of any kind shall be held in a burying ground, under a penalty of $25 fine. The ancient ordinance also provides that the sexton of any cemetery in the city shall be empowered to kill any dog seen digging in the graves, and shall bury the said dog, for which he shall receive a compensation of 25 cents. The relic is valued very highly by the owner and is a genuine curiosity.
