Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Sinyaer anddaughter Mrs. Slade, and Judge W. G. Rice of Dcadwood returned Tuesday from a few days hunting trip in thesand hills. They found all kinds offame and bagged enough for nil the ranchmen in the vicinity. Mrs. Smy* sw had quite a thrilling experience shooting out of a boat. She was obliged to stand up to get the gun above the cat tails which wore growing thereami after discharging the gun lost herbalance and came near taking a bathin the lake w ith a big mallard she brought down. Most of their time was spent at the Frank Ankeny ranch where they were royally entertained.County Superintendent Kostin returned Friday from Lincoln where she was in charge of Box Butte county’s educational exhibit at the state fair.
