Hollce to traitors.In compliance with title 111, entitled “Alignments fur Benefit of Creditor*,” Revised Statutes of Arizoua, notice is hereby given that the firm ofPatterson and Brundage Bros., lately | doing business in the village of Mesa, County of Maricopa. Territory of Arizona, on the 5th day of August A. D* 1893. made an assignment of all their property both real and personal, —except such as is by law exempt from execution—to George Passey for ' the benefit of their creditors and the said creditors who consent to such assignment are hereby notified to makeknown their consent in writing within four months from the date hereof, and to present and file d;stinct statement of the particular nature and the amount of his or their claim against the said farm of Patterson and IJrun-dage Bros., duly verified, within six months from the date hereot, with thesaid George Passey at his office in the village of Mesa, Arizona.Dated this 12th day of August A D.1893.
