Thomas Kasprick passed away peacefully at the Personal Care Home in Rivers, Manitoba on August 31st, 1993 at the age of 90. He was bor at Elk Ranch, Manitoba on December 29th, 1902. He married Victoria Papian on January 18th, 1928 and farmed in Elk Ranch district and moved to Brandon, Manitoba in 1961, where he was employed by the St. dedwick's Church and then retired in Rivers in 1973. He will be sadly missed by his 7 children: Elsie (Steve) Chemerika, Neapawa, Vern (Sharon) Kasprick, Duncan, B.C., Ken (Faye) Kasprick, Winnipeg, Bernice (Charlie) Cherwinski, Winnipeg, Verla (Eugene) Baranuik, Winnipeg, Phyllis (Victor) Adamyk, Neepawa, Barnard (Betty) Kasprick, Rivers. There are 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He is survived by wife, Victoria and also 2 brothers, Tony of Win nipeg and Walter of Minnedosa. He was predeceased by 9 sisters and 7 brothers. Funeral services were held at St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, September 4,1993 at 10:00 A.M. with Father Darin officiating.
