ADEL ® — The murder trial of Robert Aldrich, 7-year-old farm hand, continued Thursday before a jury which Wednesday heard test imony that Lester Mohr, 31, the Victim of a fatal fight, had ‘been Aldrich is accused of fatally in juring Mohr in a fight on a county road near Redfield last May 2 aft er they had been in a Redfield tan tern, Mohr was employed at a Redfield soybean plant. Mohr was a former resident of Washta. Coroner Richard Fouch said the fight involved Jacqueline Davis, 16, daughter of Mohr's former wife Miss Davis testified she drove Mohr's car the day of the fight be cause Mohr “was too drunk to drive.”
