The guests were Mr. and Mrs. Charles ( Jones and daughter, Virginia, and Mr. and Mrs. Ovid Dunn and son. ‘Miss Agnes Meek spent Monday with Miss Helen Wilson of Brook-ston.Mrs. Mamie Meek and Mrs. Ruby Meek entertained the Gardez Club at the home of the latter at Brook-ston Tuesday afternoon.Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Meek and daughter, Agnes, in company with Bernard Roadruck and wife, attended the State Fair Thursday. Miss Agnes received two prizes for good work in sewing.Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Roadruck and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Roadruck attended the Klepinger reunion at Delphi Saturday.Emory Klepinger and family were Sunday guests of his parents in Brookston.Several farmers are attending the Northern Baptist at Chalers this week.
