Judge Richard E. Sloan of Phoenix, and Senator Isaac Barth of Albuquer que, were in pines Saturday and appeared in the Superior court in the ronemeyer estate case. The case had been transferred from Apache county to this county and arguments heard before Judge Perkins, Cronemeyer was murdered at his trading ta year or so ago and in the settlement of the estate, claims were made for a portion of the estate by two Indian children, who were said to be the il legitimate children of Cronemeyer. Proof of their being Cronemeyer’s off spring and whether they were entitled to a portion of the estate, were the questions at issue.
