The dead body of an unknown man, supposed to be .a Swede, was found at Marshalltown last Saturday night. A coroner’s jury found that he had received two wouuds, one from a slung shot, or some such weapon, and another from u pistol, either of which would have incapacitated him from inflicting the other, thus doing away with the idea of suicide, and that both were received at the same time. It was undoubtedly murder, but there is no proof of the identity of the victim.
