Last night a meeting was held in Odd Fellews hall, where a lodge composed of South Haveo gentlemen was formed and they will be known as the Fra* ternal Order of Eagles, and we hope they will grow and prosper as the order has iu other cities.1 he following were initiated into the F. D. Louis, F. A. McBride, Edwin J, Murray, Charles E. Hessey, Thomas W. Flower, E. G. Champion, Tony Stern, Fred Perkins, L. G. Hale, L. D. Wood. Irving Cowles, Joe Labadie, W. A. Werner, Charles Biutz, Dr. Paul Jean Woolsey, Wilfred La Hue, Floyd Webster, Horold Morand Fred Rogers.After the lodge work was finished they ail went to popular Frank Webster’s restaurant where they were banqueted.Among the visiting Eagles present last night were several of the mem* beis of the “In Convict’s Stripes1' company, who responded with giving selections on the cornet and slide trombone, and also saug several well known selections during the banquet which was much appreciated by all.Owing to the large number of candidates to lie initiated, there will be another meeting Sunday night at 8 o'clock, at Odd Fellows' hall, and those wishing to join who have not made application can do so by call-iug on Charles Reeves, at the Crown drug store.
