Democratic County Convention.Choteau, Mont., Sept. 11, 1902. At a mooting of the Democratic county contralcommitteo bold in Cho* toau on the 11th day of September, 1902, it was ordered that u Pomocratic county convention bo called to meet at the court house in Choteau at two o’clock p. m., on Saturday, Sept. 20,1902, for tho purpose of olocting ninedelegates and nine alternate delogatesto the Democratic state convention to %be held in Bozeman on Tuesday, Sept. 23,1902, and to name a date upon which the same delegates elected to tho above mentioned county convention, shall again assemble in convention for tho purpose of nomination the following county ticket: One eeuator, one representative, three commissioners, one treasurer, one sheriff, one clerk and lecorder, on© assessor, one attorney, one superintendent of schools, one surveyor, one public administrator, on©coroner, and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before tho convention.Tho various precincts will be entitled to representation in said convention as follows:PKKCINCTrou.i.vo PLACBdeleoatesChoteauCourt House......BartonBoilemd*s Store..o• ♦ *•BynumCowell's Storo... .Lake BasinCrosscn’s House..IowryFloworrco’s StoreKobaroThomas* Honso •ShelbyMerchants Hotel .Sweet GrassDick Crockford'a..St MarysHarris* Storo.......DupuyerHagen's Hotel.....CollinsStation.............RaymondCollins* House....North ForkKellogg’s House..BelloviewKndclifFs House...OPondoraStation.............Cut BankAlJiecm’s Shop......Total...Primaries for the selection of delegates and alternnto delegates to tho county convention shall bo held in tho various precinct* at tho places named on Wednesday, tho 17th day of September, 1002, between tho hours of 1 and 3 p. m. The county central committee has adopted tho following rules for tho government of the convention:First—Delegates and alternates shall be democratic residents of the precincts they represent.Second—In tlio absence of a dolegato hla alter* nato shall cast his Vote.Third—In the absence of a delogato and hit alternate, a majority of tho delegation of that precinct she II bo entit’ed to cast tho voto of the absentee.Fourth—In caso any precinct shall bo without representation, either by delegate or alternate, precinct shall not bo entitled to voto.By order of tho Democratic County CentralMCommittee.G.
