Birrey, Riggin and Wadham Mr. Lathrop called the attention of the Board to the fact that some very antiquated Bradentown scenes were being sold by the postal card stands, and suggested that they were really detrimental to the best interests of our town, and moved that the matter be turned over to the Advertising com mittee with power to act. Carried. President Humphries then appeared ,and Vice-President Collier asked him to take the Chair, which he did. Mr. Reod then moved that the Opera House committee be authorized to con fer with the leasees in regard to the Chautauqua for February. Carried. It was moved by Mr. Wyman and i’ carried that a committee be appointed to see about getting out another Board of Trade pamphlet. Chair appointed Messrs. Rood, Wyman and Garrison. Mr. Lathrop moved that Mr. Wil liamson be requested to take up with the S. A. L. officials the matter of getting the schedule of the northbound afternoon train changed, so as to give passengers more time in town before returning to Tampa, and suggesting 4:00 o'clock p. m. as the best time for said train to leave Bradentown. Said motion was seconded and carried, and, Mr. Williamson was requested to act a . On motion Board adjourned. L. L. The following program was then ‘endered: A beautiful solo by Miss Hubbell, accompanied by Mrs. Carter, and a well-written paper entitled, “The Woman's Club Movement”, by Miss Kate Fogarty. The next pro gram will be arranged by Mrs. Colony and Mrs. Hubbell. The club adjourned to meet Friday evening, September 19th, at the Jop liner Hotel, at 7:30 o'clock.
