The Board of County Commissioners in and for Beaverhead County, Mont ana, Will receive sealed proposals for the turnpiking and graveling of Coun ty Road from a point about one half mile north of Grant to a point near the School House, when complete the road way to be at least 18 feet wide on top with pot less than six inches gravel and an average raise of not less than three feet with drains placed at all points necessary, bids to cover the work com plete and also by the cubic yard. All bids must be sealed and filed with the County Clerk on or before Tuesday September 8th, 1908, the board reserv ing the right to reject any and all bids.
