Rogers’ store, between Granary and North streets; also, House and Lot No. 74 on North side of Granary street, near the Free School-house, between East street and Center Common streets; also, a House and Stable on Lot No. 711, on the South side of North street, between East street and Center Common; also, two Houses on Lot No. 80, on the East side of East street and South side of North street, bet ween North and Granary streets—all within the limits of the town of New Harmony, on the following conditions, viz-*—TERMS OF SALE.-—One-fourth Cash; the balance in three a nual payments, by the purchaser giving Notes, with approved security, waiving all benefits of Valuation and Appraisement Laws, and mortgage to secure the payment of the notes, hearing interest from date at 6 per cent, until clue, and 10 per cent, after due until paid.
