ingnam.CIt E DIT 0 li SofJ A MESWHJIT B RE A D A T KIN-SON the Elder.—Notice is hereby given, that by Indenture bearing date the 12th day of August 11130, and made between James Whitbread Atkinson the elder, of Lower Morden, Surrey, fanner, of the first part; James Whitbread Atkinson the younger, of Hampton Wick, Middlesex, butcher, and George Brookeu Stone, of Ewell, Surrey, corn-dealer, of the.second part; and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereto subscribed and affixed, being Creditors of the said James Whitbread Atkinson the elden of the third part; the said James Whitbread Atkinson the elder hath SOLI) and ASSIGNED all his goods, chattels, and effects whatsoever uutothe said James W. Atkinson the younger, andG. B. Stone, their executors, administrators, and assigns, upontrust for the benefit of such of the Creditors of the said James Whitbread Atkinson the elder, as shall execute the said Indenture ; which said Indenture was executed by the said James W. Atkinson the elder, on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of Mr. William Walter, solicitor, Kingston, Surrey, and now lies at the residence of the said George Brooket Stone, at Ewell aforesaid, for the execution of the said Creditors.
