Cowboys Fumble Possible VictoryClaude's Mustangs took to the air and capitalized on severalHappy Cowboys tumbles to turn what started out as a defeat into victory Friday night in Claude The Cowboys, touted as the topteam in their district this season, bowed dO-iy to the Mustangs.Coached by Robert Criswell, Happy led the game through the third quarter and almost had it cinched. Two crucial fumbles provided the impetus for the Mustangs to pull off the upset.Claude led at the end of the first quarter ti-0 on a six-yard runby Lovcday.Happy retaliated in the second quarter with a five-yard run by Greg Mooney.Later in the quarter, Claude came back strong on a 40-yard pass and led at the half by 12-fi.Happy burst through following the halftime break and scored two touchdowns—one ona four-yard run by Johnny Payne and another on a 22-yard run by Chris Pearson.
