Brown and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Will Woolfort and children and Miss Fauna Mainard, Will Adair and Miss Clara Adair, all of Indianapolis; Daniel Brown and family, Elmer Brown and family, Mrs. Belle Whicker, Mrs. Sal-lie Clawson, Mr. and Mrs. Ev Brown and Miss Belle, Mr. and Mrs. Albert^ McGahn, Mrs. Sallie Rex, Mrs. Inez Stafford, Mr. and Mrs. John Brutus, of Pine Village, Charles Clawson and wife, and Geo. Clawson and family all picnicked at Flint Monday. All had a delightful time. It stormed very ham but that goes with picnicking. All enjoyed the merry-go-round and the slide that J. Frank McDermond left there. All returned to their homes saying they would always remember the fifth day of September. The dinner was splendid. Mr. and Mrs. McCord were very kind to the picnickers and when the storm came up sheltered nearly the whole crowd in their home.
