niIn MemoryOf our dear mother, Mrs. C. A. Pease, wife of W. L. Pease and daughter of Jeptha and Emma Adams.She was born November 22, 1849 and died Aug. 17, 1903. She was married to W. L. Pease March 7, 1874. Four children were born to them, two boys and two girls. She leaves a husband, four children, five sisters and two brothers to moufn their loss.She was a kind and ^affectionate wife, a good and loving mother. Oh, how we miss our dear mother! Those that knew her best loved her best. She was sick four weeks with typhoid fever.She joined the LaFayette Baptist church when quite young and was a member at the time of her death. She was laid to rest at the Gordon graveyard. Rev. W. R. McCalla conducted the funeral services.Her loving daughters,Fannie and Annie.
