D. 1840, the said complainant by Dimonf, his solicitor, filed in the Clerk’s Office of said court, his bill of complaint against the n-bovc named defendants, and also the affidavit ofa disinterested person averring that tiie said Robert Moore is a non-resident ofthe State of Indiana.The said Robert Moore is therefore hereby notified to be and appear before the Judges of our Dearborn Circu'l Court, on the first day of the next term of said court to beholden nl the court house in Wilmington, in and for the aforesaid coun-lv, of Dearborn, on the fourth Monday in October next: then and there to plead, answer or demur to the bill of the said complainant herein filed, or the same will be taken and held as true and confessed as to him the said Robert Moore; and u decreeentered thereon accordingly*Given under my hand this 4th day of September, A.
