ObituaryJohn Kingshott diesafter lengthy illnessJohn Lutcner Kingshott of Rockwood died in Guelph General Hospital Tuesday, September 1 after a lengthy illness.Son of the late Arthur and Isobel Kingshott, he came to Canada as a boy from Sussex, England. He attended Brampton public and high schools and McMaster University.A former Acton resident he resided in Rockwood for the past few years where he worked as a real estate broker. He was fond of reading, especially history, and took a keen interest in books.Mr. Kingshott is survived by his wife, the former DaisyHolmes, a son Fred, and three brothers, Arthur of Brampton, Ronald. Norval, and Reginald, Toronto.The funeral service was held “Friday, September 4 from Evangel Pentecostal Tabernacle with Rev. S. M. Thoman of* ficiating.Pallbearers were nephews Bill Kingshott, Darcy Kingshott, Doug Kingshott, Peter Holmes,Robert Holmes of Acton, and Lou Hilts of Rockwood.
