S. highway No. 1, about midway be tween Rising Sun and Conowingo Dam, in the Sixth Election District of Cecil County, more particularly described as follows:— BEGINNING for the same at a point on the north side of said road 320 feet west of James H. Evans tine, and running thence north 7 degrees east 226.5 feet, thence south 37.5 degrees east 100 feet and 2 inches, thence south 7 degrees west 232 feet, thence north 83 degrees west 100 feet to the place of be ginning. BEING the same and all the land described in a deed dated Nov. 2, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County in Liber S.R.A.
