EXECUTOR'S SALE REAL ESTATE Under and by virtue of the power contained in the will of Emma Louise Irwin, late of Cecil County, deceas ed, the undersigned, Emily W. Wid dekind, executrix in said will named, will offer for sale at public auction Saturday, Sept. 17, 1938 at 11 o’clock A. M. ON THE PREMISES all that tract, or parcel of land, situate on the north side of U. S. highway No. 1, about midway be tween Rising Sun and Conowingo Dam, in the Sixth Election District of Cecil County, more particularly described as follows:— BEGINNING for the same at a point on the north side of said road 320 feet west of James H. Evans tine, and running thence north 7 degrees east 226.5 feet, thence south 37.5 degrees east 100 feet and 2 inches, thence south 7 degrees west 232 feet, thence north 83 degrees west 100 feet to the place of be ginning. BEING the same and all the land described in a deed dated Nov. 2, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County in Liber S.R.A. No. 9, fol. 217 c. from Elizabeth Baughman and husband to Frederick W. Irwin and Emma Louise Irwin, his wife, the said Frederick W. Irwin having hereto fore died. The improvements on said lot con sist of a one and one-half story frame and stucco bungalow, with five rooms and bath, and a two-car frame garage. TERMS OF SALE Cash upon ratification of the sale by the Orphans’ Court of Cecil County. A deposit of $250 will be required of the purchaser at the time and place of sale, and the bal ane of the purchase money shall be secured by notes or bonds of the purchaser.
