Mrs. Flora Sutton is Unable to Pay Her Fine of $1 and Costs and Goes to Jail MRS. HUTSON CONVICTS SELF Two women figured in a police court hearing yesterday afternoon at four o'clock, being brought up on charges of profanity, filed by Clara Horrall, who lives in West Second street, where the offense was said to have been committed. Mrs Callie Hutson, wife of Frank Hut son, at first said that she had not done anything, but had just called Frank Farley a few names—which was evidence enough for Mayor Ir vin, and he fined for a dollar and costs. Hyman Schatz stayed her fine. Mrs. Hutson’s daughter, Mrs. Flora Sutton, was also arraigned yesterday afternoon, and pleaded not guilty and her bond was placed at fifty dollars, which she was un able to provide. This morning she appeared in court, and five witness es for the state showed that she was guilty, and her fine was also placed at a dollar and costs, which was not paid, and she was taken to jail to serve 11 days. Mrs. Hutson stated yesterday afternoon in court that she guessed she'd move back to Os good where she belonged and Mayor iIrvin endorsed the idea.
