According to the Des Moines papers, J. I. Myerly, of Des Moines^ has sold the Manhattan Beach Hotel property to J. A. Beok. This will give Mr, Beck three of the best resort locations on West Okoboji lake. He already owns The Ion and last spring be purobased Eagle Point, an unimproved tract of land that can be developed intifthe inestlocation on the west lake.—Gilford Mail.
