Hoyle to satisfy a fi. fa. in favour of the executor and executrix of Elisha Harris deceased, against Wm, S. Hoyle and Beverly Cooper. Property pointed out by said Hoyle.1000 acres of land more or less,on Town Creek, adjoining Sarsnett and others,levied on as the property of William Miner, to satisfy sundry fi. fas. against said Miner. I1000 acres of land, more or less, Ion Little Ogeeche adjoining Lucas and others, I whereon Jeffery Barksdale now lives, levied on as the property of Jeffery Barksdale to satisfy sundry fi. fas. against said Barksdale.110 acres* of land more or less,on the waters of Buffalo, adjoining Berry and otb-! ers, whereon John Godwin now lives levied on ; as the property of John Godwin to satisfy sundry fi. fas. against said Godwin.T.
