Administrative Stay Considered In Washington Moralé-Post Washington Bureau WASHINGTON, Sept 8.— Manuel Gonzalez Jasso may get an “administrative stay” of an order to deport him to allow him to contest the de portation action in the courts here, Assistant U. S. District Attorney Edward R. Casey said today. Otherwise the attorney for Jasso, ‘a Mine-Mill union leader at El Paso, probably will be forced to go into district court to ask for an y injunction to halt his deportation ‘until court action is completed. A decision on whether to give Jasse the “administrative stay” is expected soon, Mr. Casey said. He will handle the Government’s issde of the suit which Jasse filed here.
