West, Houston capi talist, for $295,466.87 was revealed 1 here Saturday with filing of a com mission suit in 199th District court ‘The 42,20951-acre ranch, north of 1 ¢ Marathon, has been contracted for a vale at $7 an acre, according to the petition filed by J. H. Ogden and §. J.C. Renfro, Brady and San Angelo real estate brokers. ‘They ask a commission of $14,1, 173.32 and list as defendants the imecutors of the estate and Frank J. Miller, San Angelo real estate deal | or. ‘The executors include Mrs. Ann Yates Cornelius; Mack H. Yates of |; San Saba and Ira George Yates of | Jack county. ‘The petition points out that while t ‘he sale was completed by Mr. Mi er, pending examination of titles o other technical details, the plaintiffs allege that Mr. Ogden had an agree ent with Jared P. Hill, San Ange l, agent for the estate, to find a buyer for the ranch. Citing the contract for sale bet tween the Yates estate and Mr. West, t he two plaintiffs allege they initi ited negotiations with the Houston buyer and charge that Mr. Miller had no authority to deal with their pelo attorneys.
