MINISTER [8 FINED Mo AND POD UNDER BOND PORK GOOD BEHAVIOR. Richmond, V. Sept. §.—“Rev. ’ Leonard W. Snyder, of Norwood, D., an alleged minister to boys, today confessed in police court that he was gility of disorderly conduct while a guest at the Jefferson hotel, and was accordingly fined $25.00 and placed under $300 security for his good behavior for six months, the most interesting development in the story today in that the police suspected another man, a Rich monder, whose ministerial profes sions are similar to those of Snyder, and the charges somewhat parallel to the immoral crimes alleged against Snyder. Then Rev. Snyder appeared in court unattended, as he had refused to employ an attorney but stated that he expected to pay the fine and furnish that and thus Tegaii b's freedom, ‘‘My personal effects will sell far enough to pay the fine, said he, “and there are per sona in the city who will willingly furnish the security. However, he went to the pan after the hearing, and there he took his seat and set tled himself to endure the torture of prison fe until someone cam to his rescu Snyder denied the charges of immoral practice and de clares that once he regains his free dom he will renew his labor in elevating the youth of the country He promises to remain in the south until his reputation is cleared
