Saucr-danri for assault on John Hi lien brand, was tried before ’Squire Stowe Inst Sunday morning Hagot ami Day, of Versailles, appeared for the State and (Donnelley for the defendant. They failed to prove more than a part of provoke to which Sauerland had plead guilty to The Court cleared him in the case of assault. The charges were brougnt to havebearing on the case Waiiorland hasagainst Hillenbrand in court, to recover damages for getting his rib-broke the time of the quarrel between them. ^
