Another Traoedy.—The Lancaster Argus of Saturday has the following ac count of another tragedy in Garrard conn*ly.As Dr. Evans was coming to town on Saturday, with the witnesses for Ids sons, they fell in company with George R. Hack ley f Henry A. Kurtz, and Dr, Tilloti, just beyond Dr. Hillis house, and Dr. Evans rode up 011 the outside of them as they were passing the house, and remarked at the time, “He didn’t think thevr mfwon Id shoot three clever men to kill one mean one. After they had passed the house, and were just in the turn of the road, a shot was tired, which passed through the lappell of the coat of James Brim, and before they had proceeded ten steps, another shot was tired, striking Jesse May in the back, below the right shoulder. May retained his position on his horse for about n hundred yards, and fell in attempting to dismount.
